PT Providers– Organizing a PT Scheme in compliance with ISO/IEC 17043 with emphasis on improvements done in PT Design and Plan over successive PT Rounds
RM Producers– Producing a reference material in compliance with ISO 17034 highlighting steps taken to strengthen distribution services to ensure reference material are available to users easily.

A special category is introduced this year to ‘Nurturing Budding Talent’ to promote new PT Providers and RMP Producers. Winner shall be given a ‘Momento’.

There is no formal oral presentation; instead, the author is assigned a display area on which diagrams, graphics, data, pictures/photos, and a small amount of text are presented.

Two best posters presented shall be given ‘shield of appreciation’

TOPIC- Conducting PT Schemes / Producing Reference Material Sustainably

The posters should present details of PT schemes conducted or Reference Materials produced, highlighting how various activities are done in a sustainable manner e.g. It can talk about shifting to sustainable packing material or running paperless PT Schemes

Poster should be submitted by due date.

Poster Content:
• Clearly state the title of your poster.
• Provide a brief introduction
• Highlight sustainable practices
• Present your research findings, case studies, or innovations clearly and concisely.
• Include visuals, graphs, diagrams, or images that support your content.
• Conclude with a summary or key takeaway points.
• Ensure all content is original or appropriately cited if referencing external sources.

Poster Format:
• Size: Your poster should be A1 size (594 x 841 mm or 23.4 x 33.1 inches).
• Orientation: Portrait orientation is acceptable.
• Design: Maintain a visually appealing layout with readable fonts and clear graphics.

• Subject Line: Use “NABL PTP/RMP Conclave 2025 Poster Competition Submission – [Your Name]” as the subject line of your email.
• Include a brief description of your poster in the body of the email.

Evaluation Criteria:
• Relevance to Theme: How well does the poster address topics related to PTP and RMP including Topic?
• Clarity and Organization: Is the content presented in a clear and organized manner?
• Creativity and Innovation: Does the poster demonstrate originality and innovative thinking?
• Visual Appeal: How visually engaging and aesthetically pleasing is the poster?

Judging Process:
• A panel of experts will evaluate all submitted posters anonymously.
• Winners will be announced during the PTP/RMP Conclave 2025 closing ceremony.

Presentation:
• All posters may be displayed during the PTP/RMP Conclave for all attendees to view.
• Presenters may be given the opportunity to briefly discuss their posters during designated sessions.

EXHIBITION STALLS

There are more than 10000 accredited labs in India in the field of testing, calibration and medical. There are around 90 PT Providers and RM Producers. PTP RMP Conclave provides a great opportunity to demonstrate your strengths to the stakeholders.

It is a big opportunity for manufacturers dealing in equipment’s and instruments required by PT Providers and RM Producers in preparation of PT Items and or RMPs beyond those use in testing. From homogenizers, agitators, kneaders, blenders to low temperature freezers; sieves; industrial mixers; reagent grade water systems – PT Providers and RM Producers need a diverse set of equipment’s of high quality. There is no less opportunity for PT providers and RM producers. The conclave is attended by large number of regulators (Representatives from organizations like FSSAI, APEDA, EIC, Commodity Boards (Coffee, Tobacco, Rubber, Tea, Spices Boards), Pollution Control Boards, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, BEE, BIS); Industrial Associations; Testing, Calibration and Medical laboratories including representatives of organizations providing recognition and assessors. One has ample occasions to network.

Attendance certificate shall be issued to all registered participants upon attending the conclave.
