Any information you are providing to us for registration is voluntarily, including your name, email address, mobile and is for registration for conclave purpose and related activities. The information can also be shared with third-party service providers engaged for providing services to event or our partners as Sponsors, Organizations supporting/ endorsing event as NABL-QCI, and are providing services for conclave directly or indirectly as well as other participants. These may use data for giving information about their activities and for sharing information about future conclaves.
The User’s sole and exclusive remedy in case of dissatisfaction with any information on this Site or with any of its Terms and Conditions of Use or any breach of personal data is to inform us and discontinue using the Site. By registering for the PTP RMP Conclave 2025, you agree to the following:
Participation is subject to payment confirmation.
All materials, papers, and posters submitted must be original or properly credited.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, venue, or schedule if required.
The registration fee does not include accommodation or travel unless explicitly mentioned.
Registration / Exhibition stall allocations are on a first-come-first-serve basis upon full payment.
Give permission to take photographs and or videos during the conclave which may be used for promotional purposes by Conclave Hosts/Support Organizations.
Give permission to use the information provided during registration for the purpose of necessary use during the event.
